Job Profile:
This is an all-India transferable job. You may get: Field Postings (ground-level intelligence collection – high risk), Airport Security Duties, Desk Jobs at IB Headquarters (Delhi) or zonal offices. The nature of posting (field or desk) depends on departmental needs. Girls are generally preferred for desk or HQ postings. Field postings come with additional risks but also higher allowances.
